Enterprise Transformation · PMO & Portfolio Leadership · AI Strategy & Governance · Executive Advisory
Senior transformation executive. Available for interim engagements, contract consulting, and executive and board advisory.
I work with Fortune 500 organizations navigating complex, enterprise-wide change — standing up PMOs, architecting governance frameworks, driving AI adoption strategy, redesigning operating models, and building the organizational capability to sustain what has been built.
With a background spanning financial infrastructure, manufacturing, telecommunications, and financial services consulting, I bring both the strategic perspective of a senior executive and the operational credibility of someone who has governed at scale — in regulated, matrixed, and high-stakes environments where accountability for outcomes, not just recommendations, was the expectation.
I am available for interim director and VP-level engagements, contract consulting assignments, executive advisory roles, and board service. My work is best suited to organizations that want a senior leader who can operate independently, move quickly, and leave lasting capability behind.
Selected engagements representing the range and depth of my work — from governing enterprise PMOs and transformation offices at Fortune 500 scale, to advising boards and executive leadership on AI strategy, organizational design, and transformation risk.

Private company boards navigating significant organizational change, enterprise technology decisions, or AI governance questions often lack direct access to someone who has led these programs from the inside at scale. I work with board members on an advisory basis — providing grounded, practitioner-level perspective on AI governance, transformation risk, operating model design, and program accountability in regulated environments.
My advisory work is specific, not generalist. I bring the credibility of having governed transformation at the director level in some of the most complex and regulated environments in financial services and manufacturing — and the independence to give boards and leadership teams an honest view of what is actually happening versus what they are being told.
I am available for board advisory roles, audit and risk committee input on technology and AI governance, and senior leadership advisory on enterprise transformation strategy and operating model design.
